Job Description

Responsibilities
- Executes multiple large projects or a single very large, complex project from inception to completion in an Agile environment.
- Builds strong working relationships by partnering with project teams, stakeholders, internal and external business partners.
- Clearly communicates overall progress of projects.
- Candidate should be comfortable presenting to senior leadership and presenting content with an executive audience.
- Proactively identifies and actively manages key risks, issues and project escalations.
- Collaborates with technology, business and stakeholders to help define roadmaps, tasks, milestones, roles and other measures of success.
- Displays technical acumen and critical thinking skills.
- Identifies opportunities for both modernization and process improvements including facilitating implementation of best practices across the organization.
- Working knowledge of internal financial reporting systems and managing product financials.
- Self-reflects on areas of personal growth/development and focuses on continuous upskilling.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5-7 years of related project management experience - financial services, business, project management, team leadership and/or technology experience.
- Experience managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work groups with strong team management and leadership skills.
- Experience driving and resolving issues and managing risk to meet overall project goals and objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability speaking/ presenting to various levels of management in both business and technology.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with peers as well as internal/external clients.
- Works autonomously – Excellent time management and organization skill with a clear demonstrated ability to multi-task and react in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
- Demonstrates flexibility, adapts to shifting priorities, embraces ambiguity and navigates through change positively while helping to remove challenges/blockers.
- Ability to make subjective and informed decisions based upon known data, consequently influencing stakeholders and justifying decisions made to drive work and teams forward.
- Working knowledge of various Agile methodologies, cloud migration, and modernization technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- BS degree in IT Project Management, Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior success leading large-scale agile projects and programs with both software and product focus.
- Experience working with Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Business, and cross-functional teams in cloud computing or related technical fields.
