For more than 70 years, Joseph G. Hall and Son Monuments have been providing high-quality workmanship on cemetery monuments. Hall and Sons is a family owned business with a small office atmosphere.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- has good customer service skills
- answering incoming calls and follow up on voicemail
- answer and follow up email inquires
- has experience in Apple Products, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
- CAD experience welcomed but not required
- ability to deal with clients in stressful situations and be compassionate
- ability to handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
- work independently as well as being a team player - working with multiple teams
- able to see projects through from start to finish
- experience in social media a plus
- able to work weekends/flexible schedule
- fluency in a foreign language a plus
