Community Health Division Director
Jefferson County Public Health is seeking a Community Health Division Director. The Community Health Division Director oversees programs and services including: Clinical Services–Sexual & Reproductive Health Program and School Based Health Clinics; Chronic Disease Prevention; Communicable Diseases, Immunizations, and Syringe Exchange; Family Health Services–Maternal Child Health Programs, WIC Nutrition Program, and Foot Care.
Responsibilities include: Division management, stabilize revenues, improve work processes, review and revise policies, workforce development, build systems, division performance measures, data gathering and analysis, reporting, serve as member of Department of Management Team.
Successful Candidate: Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Public Health, or related field, or combination of related undergraduate education and experience that equates to a Master’s Degree. At least three (3) years progressively responsible supervisory public health experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This exempt position is full time, 40 hours per week with full benefits including a pension. Starting salary typically $6,033.48-$6,400.92 per month. Full salary range $6,033.48 to $8,108.49 per month. EEO employer.
