Accounts Management
Itmas Inc. is a Staten Island-based business serving our clients since 1995. Our expertise lies in managing all back-office services for both US and multinational companies. We allow our clients to focus on their sales marketing and promotion of their product's and we handle the rest. We are currently looking for a Full-time employee to join our team. We are currently utilizing a hybrid work schedule: 1-2 days a week in the office and 2-3 days remotely.
Job Description
- general account(s) management
- process accounts payable and receivables
- payroll coordination-A/R collections
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparing financial reports for clients
- inventory and order management
- manage cloud files
Requirements:
- Proficient in QuickBooks Accounting System and/or Sage Peachtree
- 2+ years Bookkeeping experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Detail-oriented & able to prioritize
- Good communication skills (both written and oral)
- Experience with EDI order processing
- A+Shipping/customer service experience
