Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, self-motivated, diligent, and responsible Wholesale Account Manager to join our growing team. In this position, you will engage current In Good Health wholesale partners to continue to grow existing relationships while also prospecting and creating new wholesale relationships. Your primary objective will be to help to continue to build the In Good Health brand and products within existing accounts and to help drive sales volume through brand awareness and consumer loyalty. This position will primarily focus on dispensary level account management through growth of existing business and new product placements. This is a full time role that will require driving, standing and being engaged in face to face consumer activities for long periods of time.
Marketing Field Manager Duties and Responsibilities
· Reports directly to the Director of Wholesale Operations
· Must be able to prioritize tasks and maintain deadlines
· Must be goal oriented with a proven track record of success
· Maintain weekly account activity log with notes of account specific actions items and sales revenue
· Work with our Field Marketing Team for scheduling store level pop-up events, staff trainings and other marketing efforts
· Nights & weekends as needed for customer engagement, in-store events and trade shows
· May need to assist on in progress wholesale orders; collect and prepare appropriate order quantities; process orders for delivery. Organize final count and stage wholesale orders for delivery with the assistance of coworkers.
· Will be responsible for tracking outstanding invoices and follow up with wholesale partners as needed for payments
· Other duties as needed
Requirements
· Professional demeanor and positive attitude
· Prior Cannabis Industry experience required
· Excellent presentation, communication and listening skills
· Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Strong Social Media Presence
· Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle and clean driving record
· Experience with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
· Associates or Bachelors degree preferred but not necessary with relevant experience
· Ability to travel independently throughout the state for dispensary visits, pop-ups, staff trainings and other events
· Ability to lift heavy items including tents, tables, and boxes up to 50 pounds
