As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you support a Marketing Automation Manager and Director and are responsible for the implementation of email marketing and marketing automation activity and collaboration across agency departments to execute marketing automation campaigns.

Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the implementation and execution of integrated and digital marketing projects for multiple clients using a variety of marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, IBM Campaign/Unica, and Acoustic.
- You will work with the team to implement inbound and outbound digital marketing campaigns, including emails, landing pages, forms, A/B testing, segmentation, dynamic content, and reporting.
- You will provide a technical point of view and system knowledge to support clients and internal teams to ensure the effective design of digital programs.
- You will maintain effective communication with all stakeholders regarding project status, including project plans, issues, and escalations, and be accountable for the technical integrity of assigned projects.
Marketing Automation Specialist - Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with an enterprise marketing automation platform such as Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, IBM Campaign/Unica, or Acoustic
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to collaborate with other teams
- Ability to deliver complex projects on a deadline
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience designing, building, and executing marketing campaigns and components
- Strong programming experience with HTML and CSS, particularly for email templates and landing pages
- Excellent analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with competing deadlines and multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
