Marketing Research Analyst

The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Orange County (Irvine) hiring Mkt. Res. Analyst-SBDC Intel Team to: Conduct & org mkt res for Small Bus Dev Ctr (SBDC) Intel Mkt Res team. Gather data on consumers, competitors, mkt cond, mkt & sales forecasts to provde stats & strat anlys for spec clt situat’s to convert complx data & find’gs into graphs, rpts & solut’s. Prep. & prod. Mkt. Res. Rpts. & othr rpts summariz’g mkt. res. anlys, ind. financials, GIS mapp’g & othr mkt res data & find’gs. Create procs & protocols for SBDC Intel team’s ops & clt mgmt. Identify op issues w/i SBDC Intel team, make recs. for improv & prep. action plns for mgmt. Meas. effectiveness of clt. startup or dev. ops. & provide updts for growth. Dev & maintn CRM, MIS, EDMIS sys to imprv svc. qual. Respons. for ad-hoc proj apply’g survey anlys, web dev, proj mgmt, etc. Work w/i SBDC Intel team to imprve svcs. w/ more accurte mkt res, data anlys, data reps & concls & plans. Emplr will acc. any suit. combo of edu, train’g or exp.  

Hrs: 9am-5pm, M-F.  

Sal: $58,802/yr.  

Reqs: MS/MA in Mktg/Bus/reltd Mktg/Data Anlys field + 6 mos exp.
