Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to product demonstrations, negotiation and execution of closing strategies, to the final stage of bringing new clients onboard.
• You will be responsible for the entire sales process within a region and pitch Hire Digital's solutions to potential clients.
• Drive revenue growth through consultative sales and development of strategic proposals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, account managers, and Talent Team on operational strategy, and execution of strategic targets.
• Educate customers on our offerings and evangelize key wins.
• Create a high-level network for events and follow-up, working closely with Marketing resources.
• Break into new lines of business groups within the defined Accounts.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of consultative sales experience.
• Strong preference for candidates from backgrounds in the digital consulting fields, including software product development, digital marketing, e-commerce, analytics, and content production.
• Ability to create and refine sales programs for rapid scaling.
• Very strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Proven success in prospecting and running virtual sales calls.
• Fluent and articulate in English language.
