HealthNet of Rock County is a free and charitable clinic serving Rock County individuals who are low-income, uninsured, or underinsured for medical, dental, vision and behavioral health services. HealthNet of Rock County, Inc. opened in 1994 as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization through the result of a needs assessment that identified a lack of affordable healthcare as one of the major problems in Rock County. In 2022, HealthNet of Rock County will be opening a new behavioral health clinic that will specialize in bilingual therapy, sliding-fee scale therapy and medication assisted treatment (MAT) for women.
HealthNet of Rock County, Inc. seeks a driven, motivated leader to be its first Behavioral Health Clinic Manager who will help the organization make a significant difference in the community. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills with an interest in providing high-quality personalized care to patients in a community-based care setting.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the Clinical Team (staff and interns) through clinical supervision and reviews, consultation, training and support to ensure compliance and program quality according to State of Wisconsin and best practices.
- Makes recommendations on improvements and alternative courses of action that strengthen behavioral health treatment and prevention efforts and improve health outcomes.
- Participates in the development and implementation of strategies, policies and standards related to treatment and service systems.
- Monitors fiscal activities and billing practices for behavioral health programs.
- Reviews and approves treatment plans and provides intervention strategies.
- Coordinates and collaborates with program contractors to identify specific resources available in the community.
- Responds to crisis situations and provides counseling and intervention.
- Conducts chart and program audits.
- Assists with completing intake assessments and traditional therapy
Compensation and Benefits
- $35.88 to $42.12 per hour

Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or related field from accredited university that that leads to LCSW or LFMT licensure.
- The employee shall meet the requirements of the Wisconsin Board of Social Work; and be licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor restrictions within the State of Wisconsin.
- Equivalent of four years of post license experience as a behavioral health/mental health clinician providing clinical and/or case management services.
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with persons from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, education, racial, ethnic and professional backgrounds
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communications skills with other providers, patients, co-workers, and stakeholders.
- Compassionate as a healthcare provider to individuals suffering from mental illness and addiction.
