- Hire, train, and develop a team of automotive Sales Professionals
- Coach Sales Professionals on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance
- Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed goals
- Teach, Train and Mentor Sales Professionals to assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Teach, Train and Mentor Sales Professionals to explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
- Teach, Train and Mentor Sales Professionals to describe all optional equipment/products available for customer purchase
- Teach, Train and Mentor Sales Professionals to perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles
- Teach, Train and Mentor Sales Professionals to learn how to overcome objections
- Teach, Train and Mentor Sales Professionals to handle incoming Sales Leads to achieve maximum results
- Perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
- Previous automotive dealership and Sales Management experience
- Leadership skills with a real passion for training Sales Professionals to maximize their potential
- Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricing
- The ability to TO and close deals
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills
- Familiarity with dealership CRM programs preferred
- Excellent Phone Skills and a passion for Customer Service
- The ability to work, structure and submit deals to Financial Institutions through the use of our online applications
- Clean driving record & valid driver's license
