JOB SUMMARY: The Supplemental Organizational Learning Specialist assists departments and managers in tracking the educational classes for auditing and reporting purposes in the Information Management Enterprise Learning system.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School Diploma/GED
Work Experience: Two (2) yrs administrative/technical experience with PeopleSoft preferred skills
Equipment Operated: Customary office equipment including but not limited to PC, copier for telecommunication equipment, etc.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact); Writing /Composing: Correspondence / Reports
Other Skills: Analytical; P.C.; MS Excel; Typing: 35 wpm; MS Word
Work Schedule: Flexible
Other Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively with staff.
