Quality Manager
The Quality Manager has management responsibilities in the areas of quality management, quality improvement, initiatives, customer support, and customer satisfaction. He or she will also be responsible for the BRCGS-Food Safety Program. This manager helps develop tools to improve communications with internal and external customers.
The Quality Manager will follow up and correspond to customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner. Execute self-driven projects or special as determined by management. Assesses quality needs and completes crew training in appropriate areas. Issues quality reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis as dictated by customer need, division management & corporate quality. Responsible for all internal, external 3rd party audits, and customer audits. Responsible for additions, revisions and deletions for procedures and forms. Verify all procedures and forms are within the standard. Perform data, trend analysis (inc. charting) for Divisional Mgmt, Corporate Quality and customers. Create and distribute training records and vendor reviews. Travel may be necessary to customer sites and other divisions.
