Goodwin Recruiting seeks a compassionate and dedicated Executive Director (ED) to oversee our client's Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care Community in Virginia. The Executive Director will manage the community for 2-5 months as they seek a full-time, permanent candidate.
The community is a non-profit CCRC and would appreciate the help you can provide to keep the community running smoothly as they seek a permanent candidate.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the well-being of 240+ residents
- Coach and mentor employees during this leadership transition
- Manage community budget
- Maintain strong relationships with residents and their families

Requirements:
- BA/BS
- Experience managing a large community (200+ units)
- Ability and willingness to live in VA for 2-5 months (housing provided)
- 3+ years experience Executive Director / Assisted Living Director in senior housing
- A warm, outgoing, and compassionate personality
- A person of integrity, maturity, and leadership skills
- Experience in finance and budgeting
