Develop & validate solutions for Connectivity features & support field testing to evaluate customer-facing issues. Analyze passenger vehicle feature, system & subsystem requirements using DOORS & evaluate functional partitioning & allocation scenarios to establish primary design direction for Telematic Control Unit robustness. Collaborate with Network Architects, SW & HW Engineers, & Product Managers to define passenger vehicle connectivity 3G End of Life changes &enable VoLTE wireless communication in customer-owned vehicles in field. Implement Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of infotainment features & system modules for production. Release Engineering Change Proposals & evaluate cost impact for SW changes to Vehicle & Telematics Communication Platforms. Engineer, develop, execute & validate serial communication in passenger vehicle network CAN bus database for conventional ICE & BEV passenger vehicles. Validate Wi-Fi, Over the Air (OTA), Global Positioning System (GPS) &HMI features. Support OTA SW loading, &OTA service activation, deactivation, & re-activations.
Master, Electrical or Computer Engineering. 12 months experience as Engineer, developing & executing serial communication in passenger vehicle network CAN bus database for conventional or BEV passenger vehicles, & validating Wi-Fi, OTA, & GPS features, or related.
