The Clinical Director will be responsible for the following:
- Directly report to the Practice Administrator and General Manager.
- Oversee the direction, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff, administrative staff, volunteers, and students in the facility.
- Development and implementation of patient plans of care.
- Maintain and recruit adequate qualified personnel to deliver the highest degree of patient care.
- Uphold the company policies and procedures and effectively integrate the company's operations plan.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth and timely patient flow
- Assign and supervise the clinical and administrative staff ensuring all standards, policies and procedures are followed
- Evaluate, strategize, create and carry out treatment plans for patients
- Oversee all assistant, technician and student job assignments/activities
- Lead and conduct PT related training for in-house staff and outside groups
- Provide analytics and organizational oversight for the facility (payroll, filing, requisitions, etc.)
- Keep timely documentation including but not limited to daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries
- Assure patients are treated promptly in accordance with their scheduled appointments
- Analyze and organize the clinic's operations/procedures including payroll prep, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies
- Serve as part of the leadership team and attend all required meetings to report and discuss the activities and needs of the clinic.
- Assists the General Manager in implementing new programs, policies or procedures.
- Keep abreast of new techniques, trends, and technologies in the field of physical therapy
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Master of Physical Therapy Degree (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT)
- Current state licensing and all other state-required documentation
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new software to support the growth of the clinic
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a clinical PT
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills
- Active listening skills and able to adapt to change
- Strong sense of decision making and judgment; action-oriented; approachable
- Team player and effective at building and fostering teamwork. Able to maintain composure when dealing with conflict in a thoughtful and courteous manner.
