Maintenance Employee - Semi-Skilled

$20-$24 per hour BOE. Self-starter who is proficient in small household repairs, painting, snow removal, light landscaping, light lifting, & is mechanically oriented. Must be hospitality oriented and able to provide high quality guest services. Great benefits and wage package. Includes bonuses, 401k, health insurance and bus pass.
