Operational Capex Manager, Production Manager, Director of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis
Fincantieri Marine Group is seeking professionals for the following positions in Wisconsin. Required travel to EU locations two to three times annually:
Marinette, WI Positions:
Operational Capex Manager: Assist Facilities Department with performance expectations and Service Level Agreements for implementation of facility improvement capital expenditure plans.
REQUIREMENTS: Professional experience in shipbuilding operations and general contracting, including extensive experience reading construction blueprints; utilizing AutoCAD; and managing complex high value Capex projects involving multiple subcontractors and vendors for an operating shipyard.
Production Manager: Manage operations, direct and evaluate performance of assigned program tasks in terms of quality, cost control, and achievement of technical, performance and contractual objectives. Read and understand complex work specifications, diagrams, blueprints and test procedures. Manage project-management staff.
REQUIREMENTS: Management-level work experience in large-scale shipbuilding operations and production.
Director of Supply Chain: Define supply chain strategy, policies, terms and conditions to optimize costs, consistency and continuity of operations; establish metrics for sourcing agreements, determine new sources to secure competitive cost, quality, and deliver results to meet/exceed financial and production objectives.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, management engineering, supply chain management, or related field; experience managing complex supply chain operations in shipbuilding industry.
De Pere, WI Positions:
Special Projects Director/Assistant to CFO: Manage and direct financial matters; serve as Company’s contact for essential business functions and special projects that have a direct impact on accounting/financing; develop managerial control techniques and policies to improve the integrity of data and accuracy of financial projections; support development of annual budgeting process and long-range financial plans.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Accounting, Economics or related field and management-level experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Director of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Provide critical strategic planning and decision-making support; develop variance analysis, propose solutions to improve business results; supervise and lead FP&A teams to ensure timely preparation and consolidation of managerial reporting, budget and forecast data. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field and management-level work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
