POSITION: Cook
SALARY: $15.49per hour (Step 1) -$19.41per hour (Step 7)
Salary determined from the East Greenbush CSE Agreement
ASSIGNMENT: Columbia HighSchool
HOURS: 5.5 hours per day –10-month position
CLOSING DATE: October27, 2021
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: One (1) year of experience in large-scale cooking.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: The Cook will have good knowledge of the methods of preparing, cooking and baking food in large scale quantities; good knowledge of cleaning methods and the use of cleaning materials and equipment; ability to plan with a view to economy and efficiency in the use of supplies, equipment and food; ability to follow oral and written directions and recipes; ability to understand and serve the needs of clientele; dependability; courtesy; resourcefulness; physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.
