Product Manager
Position Overview:
The Product Manager is a Marketing role that manages, develops, and implements marketing activities to maximize sales of an assigned brand or product portfolio. As a leader of internal and external project teams, the Brand Manager must have a bias for action and be an excellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to develop and champion strategies, brand/product plans, and priorities effectively. This position requires strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize insights and data into action and to use that data to assess the effectiveness of these actions at driving business results. This role will also assist in the budgeting, planning, and forecasting process.
Job Qualifications:

3-5 years experience in beverage marketing required

5+ years at Dutch Bros with varied roles/responsibilities preferred

Proven experience in 3rd party vendor management

Proven successful working in a matrix environment

Live near and work, on-site, from HQ in GP or PDX Hub

Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field is required

Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
