Data Processing Specialist
Summary: The Data Entry Specialist III will be responsible for transferring information from My App and OCSAR into CRM and Chronicles.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Recognizes and respects diversity among coworkers and customers
- Knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures.
- Attends on-site trainings for new programs as needed or completes on-line training if available.
- Transfers data from Myapp and OSCAR into CRM.
- Accurately uses Chronicles, OSCAR, CRM wrap codes and data import to transfer data.
- Ability to work on FE Recert/Oscar and Myapp Pending codes as needed.
- Verifies Income.
- Processes PCAP Apps at an accuracy rate of 96% completing 9 or more records per hour on average.
- Effective and efficient online communication skills, via Teams and/or email.
- Recommends changes to process based on trends or observations.
- Makes Team Leader Data Processing aware if unable to complete data transfers in a timely way.
- Meets monthly metrics four out of six months by six-month performance review and by annual performance review to remain at current job level.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will have:
- Multi-tasking capabilities and the ability to pay close attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures and process workload
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook
Work Experience and Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- A minimum of one year of clerical and/or administrative experience required
