Davis Radiology, PC, is a private practice radiology group in Southeast Iowa. We have an immediate need for a board-eligible or board-certified diagnostic radiologist to join our group. Our practice covers one regional medical center and two rural community hospitals for their radiology needs. Looking for Full-Time but have a Part-Time position available as well. Would also be happy to discuss Locums work with those who might be interested.
- One-year partnership tract. Listed salary is the starting first year salary; there's more income potential as partner.
- Small, friendly, supportive group of radiologists. We are a tight group who help each other. We believe in teamwork. We believe in working hard but also respect each other's family and lifestyle needs. All three hospitals connected and pitch in remotely when help is needed.
- Group respected by community, hospital administration, and medical staff. We believe in providing value to the patients, colleagues, and hospitals in more than just image interpretation. We participate in hospital governance in various committees and in leadership roles.
- Hospitals integrating SECTRA PACS and we use Nuance Powerscribe 360 voice recognition in all hospitals with common login.
- Hospital provides diagnostic workstation at home to read from home for call.
- Even as employee for first year, you will fully participate in group decision-making and will have voice in the group.

- Malpractice insurance, health/dental insurance, retirement (contributions start after first year), CME allowance ($7,500/yr).
- Call: 1 out of 6 weeknights and weekends (6 person group).

- Fellowship-trained or general radiologist with diverse skill-set.
- Ability to do some "light interventional work", such as US-guided paracentesis, thoracentesis, arthrograms, CT- and fluoro- guided injections, biopsies, etc (we can work with you to get you up to speed on some procedures).
- Meets MQSA qualifications for digital mammography interpretations with tomosynthesis (this is negotiable, and we can work with you on this to get you up to speed as desired/needed).
- Will consider both experienced radiologists or radiologists just out of training from residency/fellowship.
- Willingness to participate in hospital committees as members of medical staff.
