Oversee 3rd party consultants/ vendors/ contractors throughout development, construction & delivery of projects. Manage staff that assist with onboarding consultants/vendors & contract data entry. Manage budget development, oversee support staff that compile monthly draws & budget update management for CA projects totaling 760+ Million. Project market research; project entitlement/ design process management; city submittals & permit processing; project construction & safety oversight; project property management selection & oversight of lease up; retail management; & disposition of assets. Requires BA (or FDE) in business, engineering, pub administration, or architecture/planning related field. Travel 5-15% domestic. 2 years experience in: construction management & safety implementation; design-manage-build joint venture projects; managing consultants, subcontractors & vendors in a design management capability & construction management capacity; JD Edwards accounting software; Procore, Blue-beam & Constructware; reading construction drawings, change order reviews, submittals & RFIs using Procore, Constructware & Bluebeam; working w public entities eg government, authorities having jurisdiction & public sector officials; project management experience working on complex projects with a variety of stakeholders; using Windows & the operation of a PC in general incl MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Teams, Outlook.
