We are ranked the #1 Residential Golf Course in Texas and #9 in the Nation. We offer the highest level of service to our members and guests by providing personal, gracious, and exceptional service at all times. Our current positions currently open include full time and part-time.
Servers/Bartenders Shifts available throughout the day. Hours of dining operations are from 5 a.m. - 11 p.m.
Residential Housekeepers
Cleaning & maintaining private residences and rental units.
• Ensuring housekeeping sanitation requirements.
• Knowledge of and experience in cleaning and sanitizing rooms.
• Willing to learn new cleaning methods and house to use various pieces of equipment.
Recreation/Childcare Attendants
Oversee the organization, coordination, and implementation of the
Childcare program for the members and guests. 2-10 years previous
experience in childcare. Good organization skills and ability to work
independently.
Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain sound
relationships and communications with members, guests, vendors,
clients, etc.
Sous Chef
The Sous Chef will be responsible for all areas of the kitchen’s operations in
the absence of the Hotel Chef. They will Supervise and coordinate activities
of culinary team and other workers engaged in preparing and cooking food.
Working directly with a chef that has worked for multiple Michelin star chefs.
Cooking Experience is required and coking and/or aptitude test may be required
prior to hiring. Responsibilities include -oversee receipt standardization; Ensure
flavor and plate presentation are correct and consistent and maintaining
a well-organized kitchen in a clean and safe manner.
• Candidate is preferred to have at least 1 year previous culinary
management experience in a full service Kitchen.
• Candidate must have proven culinary skills and must be able to lead,
develop, and motivate staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational
skills.
• Candidate must be creative and up to speed on new concepts and food
trends.
• Computer literate and detail orientated is a must.
• Must have basic mathematical skills and be able to create and understand
financial reports.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and
holidays.
