Director of Human Resources and Talent
Community Systems, Inc. of Torrington, CT has the opportunity to welcome a new member to our TEAM!! Our human resource Team is looking for a dynamic, motivated human resource professional to lead the TEAM as the Director of Human Resources and Talent.
Community Systems, Inc., a nonprofit organization, is recruiting for a Director of Human Resources and Talent to join our team of 350 staff in the Torrington, CT area. Our new team member will be responsible is to support the mission of CSI helping persons with disabilities to find happiness in their own homes, in their personal relationships, and as contributing members of the community, through the design and execution of the most impactful human resource strategies. The Director will contribute to CSI's performance by providing strategic and tactical leadership on people strategies, organization development, building culture, growing leaders and other Human Resources specific or business initiatives. They will provide leadership and direction to the Human Resource specialists and support and grow our talented support professionals to guide CSI to provide the best supports for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Our new leader will use all resources to strategically recruit hire and grow team members in an analytical comprehensive manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or technical related discipline required.
- Minimum of 6 years Human Resource experience
- Demonstrated strong executive coaching skills
- Ability to work effectively across teams
- Strong working knowledge of employee relations, recruitment/staffing, training & development, organizational development, compensation strategy and benefits administration, total rewards and recognition.
- Professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Compensation Range: $75,000 to 90,000 per year plus benefits, fringe and bonuses.
