Family Advocates
Family Advocates are responsible for the engagement, intake, assessment, internal triage, and case management for families. The Family Advocate works with families to create positive and long-term growth aimed to improve safety, stability, and self-efficacy by providing trauma-informed, strengths-based, solution-focused, and culturally responsive services. A minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent), plus work experience with young children and/or parents. Enrichment Educators Enrichment Educators are responsible for leading workshops related to early childhood programming, cooking, or parenting skills. A minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent), plus work experience in parent education, health or nutrition, early childhood development, or other related experience.
