Description
Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Family Medicine physician, experienced leader, and skilled educator to lead the Community Hospital East Family Medicine Residency as Residency Program Director. An ideal candidate will be team-oriented, an accomplished clinician leader and scholar. This person will take the helm of a strong residency program in a well-supported GME environment. The East program was the first program established in this network, over 45 years ago, and continues to be a strong educational presence for residents and medical students.
The network has additional programs in family medicine, psychiatry, podiatry, and fellowships in hospitalist medicine, addiction medicine, and sports medicine.

Licensure & Certifications
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana, including DEA and CSR
- Minimum of 5 years of practice post-residency in an ACGME accredited residency program
- Additional training in Faculty Development is a plus
