Community Health Centers of Southeastern Iowa, Inc. (CHC/SEIA) is recruiting for a new position of Director of Clinical Services (DCS). CHC/SEIA is a national quality award winning non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Our MISSION is to provide high quality, affordable healthcare to residents of the Southeastern Iowa region, especially those with limited resources, in order to improve patients’ overall health status.
Our Community – CHC/SEIA is headquartered in West Burlington, IA (population center of approximately 30,000) with clinic sites in Keokuk, IA, Columbus City, IA, and Hamilton, IL, providing medical, dental, and behavioral health services. While considered “rural”, CHC/SEIA’s 40+ clinic providers serve a diverse patient population of 23,000+ with a variety of nationalities, cultures and languages.
Position Summary - The DCS is an experience RN responsible to lead, monitor and improve clinical services; support medical services managers and the interdisciplinary team to ensures assigned locations maintain the integrity of all clinical systems and standards in an efficient, productive, compliant, and patient-centered manner while achieving payer expectations.
Qualifications - Iowa RN license required. Minimum of bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, public health, business or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum five (5) years’ experience in healthcare clinical management required, of which three (3) in leadership position.
