Inventory Control Coordinator
Summary
Assist with activities related to the Warehousing and Inventory function. Drives inventory accuracy by executing strategy provided by Inventory Control Lead:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties as assigned.
- Record activity and maintain control of all inventory items purchased and produced.
- Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures.
- Familiar with standard inventory control concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Run daily cycle counts for all warehouses.
- Reconcile and resolve discrepancies between physical and system(s) inventory.
- Code and record data for input to financial data processing system according to company procedures.
- Create, run, sort, review and analyze excel spreadsheet reports and make corrections as needed.
- Investigate count discrepancies, adjust errors, and reconcile report discrepancies and problems.
- Work with Warranty and Repair Administrator and other warehouse personnel to ensure that inventory movement is accurate and transparent
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for process flow within Supply Chain.
- Assist employees, vendors, clients, or customers by answering questions related to stock, procedures, and services.
- Assist with warehouse administrative support related to closures. Enter and reconcile inventory in case of warehouse closures.
- Initiate and execute off-boarding process when technicians leave the company.
- Properly track and post inventory in ERP system to ensure accuracy.
- On-call support for one week every two months.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred. 0-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically, Word and Excel.
