F&B Manager position is a hands-on job with seasonal fluctuations managing staff and guest experience subject to business needs. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: Coordinating all daily operations, Hiring & Training of Staff, Managing the Bar, Inventories, Setting and Implementing procedures and policies, coordinating with the Kitchen Staff, Guest Service and Satisfaction, Short & Long Term Growth Planning. Hours will vary based on business and staffing needs. As this is a full-service restaurant the opportunity exists to have a variable schedule that allows coverage of a variety of mornings, afternoons, evening, split shifts etc.Competitive Compensation package that includes Base Salary, Quarterly Bonus Opportunity of 20%, PTO and Health Insurance.
