Profile: Under the direction of the Director of Field Operations, the Asset and Facilities Manager will lead the implementation of the Asset Management Program for the City of Salisbury Field Operations Department. The employee will propose and monitor specific needed actions in each work unit, and closely coordinate with division and section leaders for implementation of the program's work activities. Work involves detailed, continuous reviews of materials and work methods to ensure activities are completed according to plans and specifications. This position is responsible for the supervision of the Logistics Coordinator and the Special Projects and Fleet Maintenance divisions.

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Construction Technology, Planning, or similar field. Five years of related experience may be substituted for degree.

Preferred Experience: One year of related experience preferred.

Requirements: Valid Driver's License Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) or ability to obtain within 6 months
