Customer Service Representative (CSR) Dispatcher
Central Alabama Electric Cooperative (CAEC) seeks someone to fill a Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Dispatcher position.
- The successful candidate should be a detail-oriented, safety-conscious individual with strong customer service skills who can communicate calmly, effectively, and efficiently in high-pressure situations.
The normal shift for this position includes Friday (8 hours), Saturday and Sunday (12 hours each day) and Monday (8 hours). Normal shift hours for Friday and Monday will be between 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; however, depending on weather conditions and dispatch staffing needs, this work shift may begin at 6:00 a.m. and extend until 5:00 p.m. Normal shift hours for Saturday and Sunday will be 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
