We are seeking a Director of Talent & Development to oversee all human resource activities focused on attracting, engaging, motivating, developing, and retaining talent by providing the vision, strategy, and plan to build and implement programs, tools, systems, and processes to build and optimize workforce capabilities. Reporting to the SVP of Human Resources, you will play a key role in enabling the organization to grow, scale, and mature.
This role is ideally located in Boulder, CO but will consider remote locations.
You Are:

You Will:
- Lead the Talent and Development team, including Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development
- Lead strategic talent programs and processes, including but not limited to recruiting and onboarding, performance management, training and management/leadership development, career pathing, succession planning, talent management, organization design, workforce planning, DEI, and culture and engagement
- Provide thought leadership and counsel to HR, executive leadership and key stakeholders on best practices in the development of organizational and talent strategies
- Align recruiting and talent and development initiatives to support the organization's vision, mission and values, including DEI
- Act as an ambassador by championing our culture, mission, and values to ensure that we are a career destination and one of the best places to work
- Champion an inclusive and diverse organizational culture by serving on the DEI Committee
- Lead and/or partner on the identification and implementation of systems related to the function such as ATS, LMS and HRIS
- Develop and track critical metrics to identify key talent and development issues and trends and develop short and long-term recommendations to address them
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices related to the function
- Perform other related duties as requested
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, OD/OE, Business or other related field; advanced degree preferred
- SPHR, SHRM-SCP and/or ODCP certification preferred
- 10+ years of experience in HR roles
- 7+ years of experience in talent and development
- 3+ years of experience building and leading a talent and development or similar team
- HR operations and recruiting experience a plus
- Discretion and judgment with respect to sensitive and confidential information
- Exceptional collaboration, relationship, and consultative skills with success in fostering long-term relationships and partnerships with leaders, managers, and employees
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
- Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing ATS, PMS, and LMS systems
- Superior written/verbal communication, facilitation, training, and presentation skills
- Expertise in Microsoft and/or Google Suite, including Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and Outlook/Calendar

Target Comp Range:
- $130,000 to $150,000 base salary, depending on experience and location, plus bonus
