The Digital Account Manager will be a very important liaison between our clients, sales and ad operations department. The primary duty of this position will be to optimize and manage our client's online presence through the various digital tactics we provide. Their duties include creating digital campaigns, monitoring clients' social media, and measuring the success of marketing strategies. Their goals are to create strong relationships with clients and to help them achieve their digital marketing goals Vaccine Requirement: Workplace safety is a value of the Tampa Bay Times. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops- solid relationships with both sales, ad operations and our clients to ensure campaign success. Coordinates- digital campaign tactics/solutions sold by our sales department. Strengthen and build on long-term relationships with clients. Plan and implement digital sales strategies for clients. Optimize campaigns to ensure successful and full delivery. Present and train on social media strategies to clients. Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns. Recommend and implement new digital tactics to increase client ROI. Prepare and present reports on their digital campaign progress. Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 4-year degree and/or relevant experience within digital advertising/ad space.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: Knowledge of online marketing tools and technology; SEO/SEM, Google Adwords campaigns and CRM software Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms Podcast industry a plus Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills
