Perform administrative support functions:
- Answering telephones, taking down messages.
- Have strong organizational and multitasking skills to provide effective support to a large number of client accounts.
- Be able to communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Must have bookkeeping and general accounting and MS Office (Excel and Word) experience.
- Must be able to create and maintain spreadsheets, Payroll, Payroll Taxes, Sales taxes, Provide monthly reconciliation of bank statements -Bookkeeping.
- Attention to detail and accuracy required.
- Good computer skills - update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports, year end W2s and 1099s, setting up new LLCs, and year end tax returns.
