Administrative Assistant
Certified Public Accounting firm in Totowa, NJ is looking for an administrative assistant to work part-time in our office Monday through Friday. The required hours are between 20 and 25 per week. The ideal candidate should be organized with excellent communication skills to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Some responsibilities include greeting visitors, communications with clients, preparing communications such as memos, emails, letters, invoices, reports and other correspondence, providing support to the staff and partners, and assisting in daily office needs.
Job Requirements
1-3 years of relevant experience working in an office environment
Good computer skills necessary with ability to use Outlook, MS Office, specifically Word and Excel
Strong typing skills required
Telephone support as needed
Knowledge of general office equipment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple assignments
Ability to work independently
