Payroll and Contracts Coordinator
$500 Sign-on Bonus
Do you have an accounting, specifically payroll background? BRBH is seeking a detail-oriented person who is motivated to complete tasks accurately, problem solve, and is able to build positive working relationships with other departments. This position is responsible for two main areas:
1. Payroll: Overall responsibility for the accuracy and processing of the Agency's bi-weekly payroll in the e3 system, which includes maintaining payroll records, monitoring tax reports, and internal payroll audits. Also responsible for review of bi-weekly tax payments and regular tax filings and monthly VRS reports.
2. Contract Administration: Administers, reviews, updating, and tracks all agency Contracts and Business Associate Agreements. This includes drafting new contracts and negotiating terms.
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a hybrid work from home option available!
Minimum Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting. Comparable work experience can be substituted for formal education if in related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of three (3) years Payroll experience and/or Contract knowledge. DATIS E3 experience is preferred.
3. Background Check: Candidates who are offered a position are required to undergo a background check and drug screen.
