Seeking qualified candidate to run day to day operations of the new downtown Westfield Brain Injury Community Center.

Manage a dynamic small staff to create a vibrant Community Center newly located in downtown Westfield. The new program is positioned to grow. Looking for a high-energy creative Director to build a program, engage community partners, and provide quality activities for its membership. The Director will oversee the programs budget and policies, ensure quality service is delivered to the members, work to increase membership, and establish a positive, place to work and a happy place for members to attend. Director will be encouraged to be creative, educate, and have fun with the program.

Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred; but may be substituted with alternative degree and experience in a vocational setting or experience working with the brain injury population.
