Sales Manager
Arnoff Moving and Storage a family-owned Moving and Storage company since 1924, is searching for an experienced Sales Manager.
As a Sales Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of salespeople at Arnoff that specialize in the sale of our Household Goods (HHG) moving and storage services.
Responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service
• Working closely with the Customer Service and Operations teams to complete moves
• Manage a team of HHG Salespeople
• Effective communication with your HHG Sales team
• Develop and expand relationships with clients
• Develop, implement, and manage rates and pricing structures that meet the customer’s needs and ensure profitability
• Review rates and pricing structures on a regular basis and adjust as needed
• Manage Sales Center processes for leads and customer inquiries
• Assure that the Sales Team and Sales Center is trained and using industry software and technology
• Responsible for the applicable industry compliance: i.e., Tariffs, pricing, etc…
• Provide reporting to the Executive Committee
• Maintain relationship with the VanLine (NAVL)
• Receive CMC certification
Skills, Education and Background:
• Sales experience
• Proven ability to manage a Sales Team
• Customer focused with the ability to understand complex problems and challenges and work towards thoughtful solutions
• Team-player mentality with aspirations for a high degree of professionalism both with customers and internal team members
• Willingness to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
• Microsoft Word, Excel, as well as Industry specific software
