JOB DESCRIPTION
Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for Admin openings with a large Lehigh Valley company! These temp to hire openings offer full time hours. Pay is $23.00-25.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day admin support to the HR department of a large company:
- calendar management
- meeting coordination
- preparation of PowerPoint presentations
- generation and maintenance of reports
- projects support
Candidates for these roles must have admin experience, knowledge of MS Outlook for scheduling, and MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills.
