Compensation Analyst
We are seeking a full time Compensation Analyst to join our AgCountry team in the Fargo, ND Corporate office.
In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing jobs using evaluation systems and market data to determine grades and variable pay targets. You will also participate in compensation surveys, including contributing AgCountry data to the surveys and analyzing the results of such surveys. In this position will you analyze current state of compensation within the organization, make recommendations for changes regarding market or equity adjustments including grade, title and base pay adjustments for individuals or groups; and conduct annual market analysis of positions as needed.
If you are a team player, have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field and/or experience equivalent to the degree, minimum of 5 years of progressive compensation analysis role, apply today and GROW your career with AgCountry!
