As an Advance Local Ad Trafficker, you’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for implementing and managing online advertising campaigns. This position is a fully remote role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support Customer Success, Advertising Operations Manager with advertising campaign maintenance
- Work with sales managers and salespeople supporting campaign set up/trafficking for 5 business units
- Work with a team of Customer Success, Advertising Traffic Coordinators daily on new projects and ad traffic requests
- Perform the day-to-day ad placement, scheduling, and updates for customers (including rich media ad placements) in multiple ad servers
- Screen incoming creatives to uphold content restrictions and maintain specs and technical requirements documentation
- Prepare and edit HTML code used to deliver ad creatives
- Advise/consult with ad salespeople regarding advertising inventory, availability forecasting and campaign performance
- Put in practice customer success skills by providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- 2 or more years of experience in an internet-related role
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing)
- Keen grasp of all the current, future and past inventory and traffic patterns across each site(s)
- Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to identify and solve problems proactively
- Ability to work independently but know when to seek assistance and escalate
- Work experience using HTML and MS Excel
- Experience with Ad trafficking ad servers – GAM, DV360, Xandr, Nativo, DCM is a plus
- Knowledge of 3rd party advertising tags a plus
