Ad Operations Manager, Display
The Ad Operations Manager, Display oversees the overall effectiveness of designated workflows, communication and automation tools leveraged by the Digital Ad Operations teams to ensure maximization of efficiencies and capabilities, driving support both internally for sales teams and externally for clients. This can be a Remote position.
What you will need:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Minimum four years’ experience in operations process oversight with a focus on improvements, preferably in digital ad operations
• Ability to manage and direct the large picture of providing local support across multiple client industries yet detailed enough to provide continuous improvement to process flows and customer support
• Proficiency using a variety of communication and project management platforms (i.e. Jira, Wrike, Email queues, etc.)
• Digital marketing knowledge in Display (i.e. Google Ad Manager, DV360, DCM, Xandr),
• Solid PC skills including proficiency with MS Office Suite, Power Point & Excel
What you will do:
1. Responsible for the implementation, optimization, analysis of higher tier campaigns while overseeing operation and goal attainment of the team.
2. Continuously evaluate Digital Ad operations team’s workload capacity, quality assurance of campaign performance and providing developmental coaching to maximize the team’s effectiveness and performance.
3. Coordinate various teams and vendors to manage campaign expectations.
4. Provide support and strategic recommendations on campaign performance to clients.
5. Prepare and analyze weekly productivity reports, identifying efficiencies recommendations, for maximizing productivity with direct reports.
6. Provide on-going market intelligence and recommendations for product innovation.
7. Keep up-to-date with latest capabilities of both our existing and industry –wide tools and platforms and continually incorporate into our existing campaigns to optimize performance.
8. Develop strong relationships with sales and operations leaders to aggregate feedback, determine their client challenges and provide recommended solutions.
9. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all areas of Display, Video and Content Marketing.
