Technical Services Support Engineer

We are looking for Technical Services Support Engineers (Tier 2+ Support Engineer) to join our growing team. Our engineers are responsible for working closely with our clients, partners, and internal teams in order to provide technical assistance in investigating, debugging and resolving complex technical issues.

The Role Will Involve:

  • Working with the Dell Boomi Platform to review and debug integrations/processes
  • Working with AWS and Azure Cloud Platforms to monitor and maintain existing/legacy integrations
  • Research, investigate, debug and resolve complex technical issues
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and updating knowledge base articles with solutions identified
  • Handle incoming tickets and provide clients with timely updates
  • Participate in group problem-solving meetings to overcome challenging issues
  • Working closely with Team Leads to meet SLA and customer requirements
  • Test and verify product functionality to reproduce customer issues
  • Document detailed failure and solution information within tickets
  • Working cross functionally with several teams including the tier 1 support teams, product teams, implementation teams, professional services teams in order to collaborate in investigation, debugging and resolution of complex technical issues



You Will Need the Following Experience & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate 2+ years Tier 2 (or higher) Technical Support Engineer Experience
  • Results-oriented, resourceful and comfortable working under tight deadlines with a demanding set of internal and external customers
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and strong desire to learn
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to explain software to non-technical users
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must; this position involves direct customer interaction
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Team player with the ability to coordinate work with all team members

Required Technical Skills

  • Web technology knowledge and understanding:
    • Web based Request/Response cycles
    • Working with RESTful and SOAP API's
    • JSON, XML, Javascript, Groovy
    • Understanding of Synchronous and Asynchronous communications
  • Excellent hands-on skills with office productivity tools
  • Enterprise software such as ERP, PMS, Financial, CRM, HR
  • Time and project management skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and motivated for continual learning

  • SQL Server, SSRS, SharePoint, Oracle, Exchange, Active Directory, Regular Expressions.
  • Issue tracking systems (Zendesk)
  • Product development and software engineering experience.
  • Experience in the professional services sector
  • Experience in the financial services sector
