Duties and Responsibilities
As a member of JobsOhio's Talent Team the Talent Research Analyst will be integral to ensure all strategies and project delivery are founded on strong data intelligence. The Talent Research Analyst will be responsible in identifying the highest talent needs (annually), gaps that may exist and assist the team with the data required to build sustainable and reasonable incentives and strategies. The Talent Research Analyst will report into the Research Manager, Talent.
This position will:
Participate in building data and tactics that level up to overall talent strategies
Collect, normalize, combine, manage and report on data to help both internal and external clients make data-informed decisions
Research, use and understand a variety of proprietary and public data collection tools and systems
Provide occasional training and support on tools and systems (internal and external)
Create, maintain, update and edit dashboards, standardized and ad hoc reports, forms, and tracking spreadsheets
Participate in, create collateral for and occasionally present data in internal meetings and calls and well as external meetings, calls and visits
Utilize agile mindset to iterate, learn, evolve to meet demand
Cross collaborative team member
Must work collaboratively with team members, such as; research, projects, marketing, regional JobsOhio Network partners
Informing teams around data trends, tools/systems, workforce activities, best practices
Ensure cross-training occurs within the team
