Job Summary:
The Ad Council is seeking a Talent Generalist to join our small but mighty Talent team. This position will work closely with the team on the day-to-day management of all HR operations. By joining our team, you will help us to support the Ad Council's most important asset: our strong and talented workforce.
This is a position for someone who is passionate about employee development, excited about being part of culture change and always curious on how to better serve our employees. Most of all, we want someone who is comfortable knowing each day will be different and is enthusiastic to see where the next day takes them.
Timing and Employment Length:
This is a contract employee role. This means that, while the position is at all times one of at will employment, the Ad Council anticipates at present that the employment length would be approximately 6 months with the possibility to extend the contract. Contract employees will be eligible to participate in limited benefits and paid time off. We are also open to this position being a full-time remote location position.
