Pay Range: $65,000 - $100,000

SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Manager will help revolutionize the way UChain identifies, engages, and recruits top talent for our industry by being a thoughtful leader and influencer. A successful candidate will possess a passion for engaging communities to establish our brand, help build innovative recruitment strategies, and drive process improvement that will directly impact candidate experience, onboarding process flow, and visibility of hiring requests throughout the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Optimize efficiency of hiring efforts through data informed insights, system utilization, and process flow
  • Lead hiring plan efforts, while building partnerships with UC hiring managers, talent team, and engaging with the communities in which we work
  • Assist with full cycle recruitment, to include: development of postings, innovative sourcing strategies, managing talent sourcing budgets, recruiting, and hiring
  • Partner with other UC leaders to create a top candidate experience by ensuring a seamless transition from applicant, to candidate, to employee
  • Lead and partner with UC talent team to ensure they're supported in their recruiting efforts, while also influencing consistency, planning, process flow, and cross-departmental teamwork
  • Manage relationships with external vendors for system applications, software tools, and candidate sourcing
  • Proactively provide and discuss talent metrics and trends with VP of HR and UC hiring managers
  • Assists with leading the interview process, while working closely with hiring managers to prepare and extend offers

OTHER DUTIES include the following:

  • Proactive, self-motivated leader who works with dedication and sense of urgency
  • Utilizes data and analytics to drive recruitment strategies and influence leaders
  • Demonstrates ability to build strong relationships, build candidate pipelines, and learn market fluctuations to help lead UC towards strategic workforce planning
  • Ability to use critical thinking skills and ask open-ended inquisitive questions to help support the UC talent team and hiring managers alike
  • Ability to organize work in a structured and well-planned manner, for themselves and the talent team
  • Additional responsibilities and duties may be expanded based on growth, experience, and progression

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Thoughtful, direct, and kind communicator, both verbal and written
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish
  • Exceptionally collaborative and able to advise team, hiring managers, and candidates at all levels
  • Highly detail-oriented, stellar organization skills, and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Flexible mindset and able to navigate ambiguity with ease
  • Action-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 7-10 years of experience in a hands-on Recruiting environment
  • 3-4 years of hands-on Human Resources experience
  • 2-3 years of Supervisory experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
  • Education/Experience Equivalency: One (1) year of the appropriate type and level of experience may be substituted for each required year of post-high school education
  • Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirements
  • Experience with Paylocity and other recruiting modules, highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
