Loyola University Maryland is seeking to hire a Systems Engineer I reporting in the Infrastructure department within Information Technology Services.
Position Summary: Ensure continued stable operation and improvement of Loyola-provided technology services. Responsible for device and endpoint configuration management, analyzing and resolving end user and system issues in a timely and accurate fashion, and assisting with administration of specialized computing environments. Implement and administer enterprise quality systems in order to meet the broad needs of the organization in the present and future. This position is focused on client-side operating systems.
