Job Description

 

The Senior Manager, Project Management is responsible for oversight and development of the Integrated Multi-Channel Marketing (iMCM) Project Management Team in addition to developing and managing multi-channel marketing project plan(s) on behalf of Tevas North American Specialty Brands. The Senior Manager, Project Management is aligned to one or more Teva Specialty Brands and works closely with the Teva Brand teams and iMCM Brand Engagement Leads.

 

The Senior Manager, Project Management manages key activities, timelines, internal and external stakeholders to enable the execution of all tactics defined in the brands tactical plan. In addition, the Senior Manager, Project Management will have responsibility for alignment with appropriate agency/service provider resources and maintaining efficient project workflows.

  • Manages the performance of the iMCM Project Management team (goal setting, developing, coaching, conducting performance reviews, escalations, etc.)
  • Accountable for channel-level master project plan creation and management via Workfront.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies, in order to provide high-quality, strategic partnership to brands with greater speed to market and at a lower cost than agency partners.
  • Subject Matter Expert for iMCM-supported channels regarding MLR submissions, asset development oversight and direction, and deployment.
  • Facilitates the capture of integrated multichannel tactic requirements including utilization of creative and tactical briefs and business requirement documents.
  • Develops a detailed integrated project plan that defines the key activities, milestones, roles and responsibilities across the brand, COE and agencies to enable execution.
  • Lead administrator for internal workflow tool; trains new users; provides ongoing training and support to users.
  • Engages service providers to communicate and monitor channel/ content standards for tactic design & execution (e.g., content templates, tagging standards, taxonomy).
  • Coordinates across COE channel operations, Brands, and external service providers to ensure timely execution of marketing tactics across channels and maintains efficient project management workflows.
  • Coordinates approval of production proofs as part of overall medical/legal/regulatory review process.
  • Maintains, tracks and reports on the status of individual projects and resource utilization.
  • Conducts regular cross-agency status meetings to monitor progress against project plan.
  • Identifies, escalates, and resolves issues and works with channel operations to understand and address issues with in-market tactics.
  • Identifies existing content within Digital Asset Management tool for reuse prior to creative development.
  • Revises project plan including timeline, requirements, and vendor utilization as appropriate to meet changing needs.

 

Qualifications

 

Education Required: Undergraduate BA/BS degree in applicable discipline
Education Preferred Advanced degree in related discipline
Experience Required: A minimum of five years relevant marketing project management experience

  • A minimum of three years of people management experience.
  • Project management experience in a professional services firm.
  • Must have project planning and management tools (e.g. Workfront/JIRA)
  • Must have at least 2 years Workfront, Veeva, Veeva Engage, Rep triggered emails experience required.
  • Must have Project Management Reporting Activity.
  • Experience Preferred: PMP Certification.
