Xceleration is looking for a Reward Operations Specialist. This position is responsible daily for multiple responsibilities that are time sensitive and require a high level of attention to detail. This role is fast paced, must be knowledgeable on multiple online systems and be able to work independently to achieve success. This position communicates directly with vendors and our customer care team which ensures that our participants are receiving the ultimate reward program experience that leaves them feeling both appreciated and motivated. The goal is to make sure that the standard is always maintained while continually looking for new ways to improve.

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact to vendors regarding catalog inquiries
• Provide support/point of escalation for the customer care team
• Update tracking information received from vendors
• Manage and confirm special order files
• Communicate with vendors through bi-weekly calls
• Manage weekly open order report sent to internal team
• Track backorder statuses from vendors
• Provide updates to our customer care team regarding issues directly affecting participants
• Manage failed vendor orders and partner with vendors to solution for order processing issues

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in customer care or e-commerce industry directly dealing with internal or external customers and vendors
• Must currently reside in Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA
• Must have reliable access to a private, secure, quiet workspace
• Must have reliable high-speed internet access with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps per person connected to the wireless internet
• Must be authorized to work within the United States
• HS Diploma required, BA/BS in Business or Marketing, preferred.

• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional service skills, including active listening, written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Access, Excel and Word.
