Please note this role is a first shift position working 40 hours on a "flex 40" schedule which means start/end times may not be set each day, but must comply with the needs of the department/business. This position is not a remote role and must report to the work location(s) as required each working day scheduled.


JOB PURPOSE: To perform complex calibrations, troubleshooting tasks and repairs, document change control activities to provide corrective actions or process improvements, and write test methods and generates qualification documentation for new laboratory instrumentation.


KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Associate's degree or higher, with at least 2-4 years of general experience in a laboratory setting is required.
• Demonstrated mechanically aptitude, with troubleshooting, data analysis and investigational skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Experience with computer software programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel, and laboratory software program experience.
